"Our house was badly in need of an updated kitchen and bathroom. It was built in the 1920's or 1930's and didn't have any kitchen storage. The bathroom was laid out very inconveniently and was dated to say the least. James Carriero came in to design the bathroom and Jaye Presaud laid out a brand new kitchen. Each used a separate crew so that they were able to work concurrently. on the rooms. I cannot say enough about how quickly and skillfully they worked.! The bathroom is complete and such a great change from what we had! James assisted on picking out the perfect tile and fixtures.! Jaye designed a kitchen that maximizes storage and the tile and the tile floor and the new cabinets really make the room feel warm and inviting. as he explained different options and the cost associated with said changes. He actually beat out two other competitors and pointed out a few corners they were trying to cut. Everyone from his crew was extremely respectful and courteous. They made sure to clean up every day - and my place looked brand new when the job was completed. "I HIGHLY recommend Master Kitchens & Baths. James was easy to work with from start to finish. The contract was clearly written so there was never an issue with what we wanted or what the cost would be. Having everything in the showroom was extremely convenient. There is a large selection and we were able to see everything side-by-side (floor tiles, vanity cabinets, vanity top, and even grout). Everything ran smoothly, which was a very pleasant surprise because our only full bathroom was completely remodeled. James was true to his word that they would finish the job as quickly as possible so we could have our only shower & tub back. He arranged for workers to come every day until the job was done and there was even a day when the plumber, carpenter & electrician were all here. No time was wasted. The tiler even came on a holiday weekend! Everyone was a pleasure to work with, professional and highly skilled. We received daily updates on progress so we knew what was finished and who would be arriving the next day. The renovation was completed weeks faster than other estimates we received. "Amazing experience from start to finish. We had a kitchen renovation through Joel’s team at Master Kitchens and Baths. Joel’s team was very tidy, punctual, with great attention to detail. We almost did not go with his team initially due to our time constraints and requirement of getting everything ready before the Thanksgiving holiday. He didn’t make any promises but assured us that he would try his absolute best to get everything done before then and we trusted him. We haven’t moved into our house during the renovations, and Joel was very accommodating to our situation even when we couldn’t be present on site most days work was being done. His team would come and go as often as possible whilst also handling two other larger projects. We’d frequently receive photo updates from Joel and if anything did not look right to us or him, he’d let his team know to get it resolved right away. We are so happy we put our trust in this company. They did a beautiful job and were so accommodating and communicative throughout every step in the process.
